Channel Balance

Thanks for reaching out! I'm quite confident we can supply the replacement balances you need. Although, to determine the correct replacement, I will need to see a photo of the top attachment and a clearer photo of the bottom shoe.

I'll also need to see a photo of the piece connecting the spring and the string in the middle of the balance. It should be connected to the bottom of the coiled spring in the channel.

Thanks for the additional photos. You'll need either the S380-28 or the S385-28 to replace your balances. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to double check the measurement for the bottom shoe. Unfortunately, I am not able to narrow it down from the photos above.

For the stamp, the 2760 should work for the window. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 30 to 33lbs.
