Series 795 with hook instead of eyelet

I ordered part S795-28, option 28D, 28" Series 795 Channel Balance, (order number is 704448).My broken part has a hook on the end. The new ones have an eyelet, (see photos). Do you have a Channel Balance with the hook instead of the eyelet. My name is James

Hello, James! The top clip is our 15-198. We could send you a custom made S795-28 with this hook attached, but we understand that can be a hassle. If the clip on the old balance is still good, and if you're handy, you can swap that out on the new balance.

To remove and install the clip, you will need a table vise and locking pliers. With the vise in the open position, pull the clip to extend the cord and lock it in the vise. With the cord locked you should be free to untie the old clip and install the new clip on the cord. When complete, gradually release the cord so as to not damage the balance. These are under a lot of pressure, so I highly recommend wearing safety goggles and safety gloves, just in case. It's important that you are as careful as possible!
