Confirming if I need the Series 795 balance

The company that made your tilt balance has gone out of business. I believe you have a Patriot window that uses our S795-30 tilt balance. However, one important thing to keep in mind is that our top balance clip is screwed on, but I can't tell if yours is screwed on or hooked on. If it is hooked on, we will need to custom make a special S795-30 with a 15-198 hook at the top. Let me know! Also keep in mind that this balance comes with a 1-1/4" wide shoe. I would double check the width of your shoe just to be sure it's right.

The shoe should be a "T" shaped piece of plastic that attaches to the bottom of the channel. It's what connects the balance to the sash and should look like either our 15-195 (1-1/4" wide) or 15-194 (1" wide). Since your balance has to be custom made, I also need to know how many you need.
