This looks possibly like an S751-34 to me. Just make sure the metal channel is indeed 34" long. You'd need a stamp option of 33HD. Finally, make sure your old balance's knife lock shoe matches the dimensions of the 15-014, which is the shoe that comes attached by default with this balance. If the dimensions differ at all, tell us how and show us a closer picture. Thanks.
