Channel Balance ID

Thanks for posting. We can replace this balance for you, but I'd like to confirm one thing. Can you take a picture of the hole in the jamb track that the hook at the end of the cord attaches to? I need to confirm whether this is compatible with our standard balances, or if something custom is needed. Also, can you confirm that the metal channel, not including the T-Lock Shoe, is 26" long? Do you recall the shape of the hole? It sounds like it was a round hole, but let us know if that's correct, or if it was a square or a small slit.

OK great, thank you! That's all I needed to know. You see, your balance is our Series 795. The Series 795 has a clip different from yours, however. We sell an adapter that fits into a square hole and makes this difference negligible. When the hole is round or a slit, however, the best thing to do is to simply make a custom Series 795 with the correct hook at the end of the cord. We'd be happy to do this for you.
