Channel Balance Identification

Hello there!

I'm afraid we don't sell a direct match for this balance configuration. At one point, we used to recommend the Series 795 and 15-272 shoe but we never got confirmation if it worked. What makes things trickier is the fact that your old balance uses the 15-198 hook for installation. Before we go any further, can you show us a photo of the hole at the top of the window where your old hook installs? 

Thank you! Since the hole is squared-shaped, you could consider the S795-27 and 26-200 screw plug. The video below will go over the details. We can't promise it will work but it is the best option we can offer. Note that the 15-272 shoe won't fit in the metal channel but we hope that the S795 t-lock shoe can work as is.
