Channel Balance Identification

Good Afternon, I'd appericate any help identifing which model channel balance I need. The following channel balance pictures are from a JORDAN non - tilt sliding window. The channel balance body is metal, stamped on the back is the following 22 4 KP CALDWELL (also visable in one of the pictures. The channel balance body width is 9/16'', and the length (metal only, no fittings) is 23''. I'm not sure of the weight of the window (for the spring tension) my guess is somewhere between 5 - 8 pounds, if it helps the window deminsions are 47'' wide. 24'' tall and approx 1'' thick.
