Thanks for writing in. This looks like an S795-28 Channel Balance. The only issue is the fact that our standard Series 795 balances screw-in at the top of the window track, whereas yours uses a hook like our 15-198. Can you show us a photo of the slit in the window track where that hook attaches to? That will tell us the best course of action to take for your replacement. Thanks.
