Channel Balance Replacement

Question

Please help me to identify which replacement parts to order. See attached photos.

Channel Balance Markings: 31 4 DV CMC 8 (the item on the other side of window has 31-40 hand-written on it) -8 needed
Also, I need two clips (see photo. One is broken, maybe both?) for same window

Thanks for writing in. See either our S380-32 or S385-32. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 3140. For new take-out clips, see our 16-002.
