Your balance resembles the S795-27 (27B) except that yours appears to use the 15-198 pulley clip, which we can supply through a custom order. We would just need to confirm the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two.

Please note that these balances come with 1-1/4" wide 15-195 T-lock shoes. It looks like yours may be closer to the 1" wide 15-194. If so, you would need to purchase the shoes separately and follow the video below to swap out the larger shoes. 

As for the pivot bar, we do not carry an exact match for your part but the 26-021 is commonly used with the S795 channel balances. Take a look and see how the hole placement shown below compares to yours. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. We would recommend using the 15-198 clip for your replacements since the orientation of the clip will put less pressure on the cord compared to the hook used with your original balances.
