Channel Balance replacement

A home owner from Ponchatoula, LA says:
We need the right channel lock assembly 27" 25-30lbs. The pictures attached include the tag off the window and clips from the you tube video showing the one we have; it has a clip on the top to hook into the hole, and the locking nut on the bottom.
We need 2 of the right one.

Hello. It sounds like you might be looking for our S795-27 channel balance. There is no right or left since they are identical on both sides. You may have noticed that our S795 balance comes with a screw tab instead of a hook for installation. We can either do a custom order for you for two balances with a 15-198 hook instead of the screw tab or you can adapt your window to use the screw tab by using the 26-200 screw plug as long as it will fit in the cut out in your jamb.
In either case, you'll also need to know the stamp number printed on your balance channel that indicates the strength required to keep your sash raised. Also, keep in mind that the S795 comes with a 1/1/4" t-lock shoe nut we also carry a smaller 1" wide 15-194 shoe. check your measurements to confirm which one you need and please let us know how you would like to proceed. Thank you!
