Hello ... i'm sure you can help. one of the photo's shows the only marking, 1940F
I also have one set of bigger windows that appears to be marked 27D.
I would also need the window sash cams but I ran out of photo room.
I have 6 windows which are 42" high. The metal length on those balances is 20". The two larger windows have metal balance part at 20"

The "1940" balance is very clearly S385-20 (assuming that you have the shoe shown below).
I'm not sure about the 27D balance. If the windows are the same, and the balances are all 20" long, they should all be the same type: S385-20. Take a look and let me know if you identify a balance that is longer than 20".
As well, please provide the photo of the cams you said you needed. Thanks!

28" makes more sense for your 27D balance. Assuming you have the Series 385, then it would be our S385-28 with a 2740 option.
It's hard to tell what your top sash guide is without seeing it from the front, but look at our 18-069. This may be what you want.
