Channel Balance and Shoe

Thanks for reaching out to us. The S795-36 with the 36C stamp should indeed replace what you have here. Your old shoe looks like it may have an open cam so you'd want the 15-195B which is sold separately. The video below will show you how to install this kind of shoe. 

Please note that the Series 795 installs with a screw. If yours uses a hook, please let me know as this would have to be a custom order.

I'm afraid orders can't be modified once they're placed. You have two options. The first is to call our customer service line at (888) 991-1929 and cancel your order. You would then have to place the order again with the balances you need and the 15-195B shoes.

The second option is to place a new order for the 15-195B shoes. You don't have to return the balances or cancel your previous order if you go this route though. The S795 comes with the 15-195 default shoe but you can swap it with the 15-195B. 

Please also note that your old shoe with the recessed stem won't fit in the metal channel of our balances.
