Channel Balance and Tilt Latch

Question

Hi All, please let me know if you have a spring balance like the attached photos. I will need two of these. They are for a single hung tilting window. Please note the number on the channel is 33-D-40 from what I can tell. The channel is 34" long X 5/16 wide X 1/2 deep.

I'm also looking for the tilt latch piece for the same type windows that is 2 5/8" long & 11/16 wide.

Please let me know if you have these parts & what they will cost.

Thanks for writing in. This looks like an S795-34. You will need to obtain the exact weight of your window sash to know what stamp option to select. Confirm that your balance's T-Lock shoe matches the 15-195, which comes with these balances by default. Read this blog article here for more information.
