Channel Balances for Single Hung Jeld-Wen window

The original part is stamped 32-5. Any way to figure out the correct replacement? The metal portion of the balance appears to be 33" long. The closest picture on your website appears to be the Series 395

The stamp on the metal channel doesn't help us ID your hardware. We can help, but we'll need to see photos of the complete balance removed from the window.

Yes, thank you! What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog but we can still help via custom order. Can you upload a close up photo of the clip attached to the end of the pulley cord? How many balances are you looking to order?

Hello. I have attached a close up. I would like to order 4 balances (2 sets) for this size window (approx. 33 w x 35 h), and another 4 balances (2 sets) for a different size window (approx. 40 w x 29 h). So, a total of 8 balances. I could also use a few replacement clips.

Thank you! We'll need you to confirm the stamp for the balances of the different-sized windows, since it will differ from the 32-5 balances.

I'm afraid we don't sell the pulley cord clips separately, however.

Hello,
I would like to custom order the 4 balances (2 sets) for the 32-5 balances (and skip the other set for now). Can you please let me know next step for doing this? I also need some replacement metal window take out clips.

For new take out clips, see the 16-002. They aren't included in the purchase link, so don't forget to add the needed quantity to your cart separately.
