On the metal channel is stamped 34B. I will need all the parts. The latches, the channel balance, and the shoes. Let me know if you have any of the parts in stock.

We should be able to assist, but to further review, we will need to see pictures of the original shoes at the bottom of the balance. The window sash will need to be removed to view the balances shoes. From there we can get a clearer idea of the overall style to move forward. Thank you!

Here you go. It is very difficult to reinstall the sash, and I have removed and reinstalled many sashes in the past. I suspect these windows are cheaply made, but I am not ready to replace all my windows. Let me know if you need more information.

Your window uses the Series 795 channel balance. Please review the S795-34 with a 34B stamp option. The balance comes equipped with a 1-1/4" T-lock shoe. If yours measures 15/16" wide instead, see the 15-194 shoe that will need to be purchased separately and swapped out before installation.

For the tilt latches, please review the 26-243 and 26-244. Compare the dimensions to confirm a good fit! Please note that your original latch tab appear to be more curved in. We do not carry this exact shape. For this reason, there may be an issue with balance clearance. Take a look and let me know what you think!
