Channel balance

Thanks for posting.  We can certainly replace this balance for you, but I need just a little more information to be able to help. Could you show us the hole in the jamb track where the clip at the end of the top of the balance attaches to? 

OK, thanks for getting back to me. You have a Series 795 Channel Balance, but while our standard S795 'screws in' to the jamb track, yours has  a 15-198 hook attached at the top that clips into the window instead. We'd be happy to construct this balance with the hook for you, but it will have to be a custom order due to that unique design. Your Series 795 also uses the 15-195B Open T-Lock Shoe, rather than the T-Lock Shoe that comes installed with our standard Series 795 balances (the 15-195 Closed T-Lock Shoe), so we will swap out the correct shoe for you as well.
