Channel balance with hook instead of screw at top

A quick learner from Farmington, ny says:
As you can see, my channel balance has a hook at the top. I have ordered the 795 30B channel balances and installed them using a screw I had at home. Needless to say, the screw has popped out and the balance disengaged. What would it cost for two 795 30B channels with a hook and also four 795 36B channels with a hook?

Thanks for writing in. Sure, we'd be happy to provide Series 795 balances with the 15-198 attached for you via custom order, both for balances stamped 30B and 36B as you indicated. Will both sets of balance use the 15-195 Closed Cam Shoe, or will they use a different one? If you're uncertain, please send me a picture of the shoe. From there I'll get these quotes prepared for you.
