Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like a match for the Series 795 which comes attached with the 1-1/4" wide 15-195 closed-cam T-lock shoe. You'll want to make sure your old shoe matches this. There should also be a stamp on the back of the metal channel that will tell you what spring strength option to select for your replacements.

As for the pivot bar, take a look at the specifications of the 26-083 and see if they match what you need.

It's hard for us to make out accurate dimensions from photos of a tape measure but the 26-040 does look like it could be the better match. If the specifications and hole placement line up, you should be good to go.
