Channel window balance

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your channel balance appears to be the S351-23 with a 1" shoe or the S390-23 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe.

Regarding the 20-1/2" long balance, I'll need a bit more information to confirm the correct replacement. This is an unusual length for the balance and we typically find that these are a custom assembly. May I please see a photo of this balance removed from the window? I'll also need to know the stamp from the metal channel.
