Clawson casement window

A home owner from Kalispell, MT says:
Good morning, We have a Clawson Casement double unit with one bad crank or gear arm, there are no identifying markings or numbers on this unit, yet I do have the product # of the entire unit #CC2-2442. Looking for the assembly provided in my photos, one for the left and one for the right, sorry I could not give you more to work with!
Thanks

Hello,

I would recommend starting with our 39-013 and 39-014 operators. Compare the dimensions to yours to confirm if these replacements could work for your window, making sure you are measuring the way our dimensions are shown on the operator product pages. Thank you!

Thanks Casey, I will get on it and get back to you with the results ASAP!

Ok after a Fall cold snap I was finally able to remove the crank assembly, enclosing photos and asking for your expertise in selecting the correct ones, looks like you made the right call in the model you recommended, just confirming before ordering the two I need. Is there a right and left or are they interchangeable?
Thank you!

I can confirm that our 39-013 and 39-014 left and right-handed operators are our best replacement options but your operator's arm seems to be a bit shorter than our 13-1/2" length. This may not be a problem and if it is, you may be able to reposition the track on the sash to compensate for it. Something to keep in mind if you decide to try these and run into an issue with it not closing all the way. You can also view our return policy here. Thank you!
