Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we can't be sure of what you need with the hardware still installed. We'll need to see an intact pivot shoe and coil spring removed from the window to compare to our inventory. See the videos related on this page to help you through the process. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to us but the could balance shoe shown in your new photos has a smaller nylon cam compared to the U-shaped metal cam shown in your original photos. If you need the assembly shown in your first post, we'll need to see that assembly uninstalled as well to research your replacement options.

Casey is correct that the balance hardware that you removed is a different style than the assembly shown in your original post. The 15-192, used with the S170 and S171 coil springs, comes to mind if it is a Certainteed window.

With that being said, we also offer the conversion video below for Simonton and Certainteed windows with the 15-192 style shoe. Ultimately, you'll need to remove the original balance parts to confirm if either of these solutions will work for that particular window.

For the uninstalled pivot shoe, we suggest the 15-199 with the Series 160 coil springs. Assuming that each window that you weighed uses this type of balance assembly, see the strength options needed below.

For window #1 use two S160-09, one on each side.

For window #2 use a S160-09 & S160-06 coil on each side.

For window #3 use a S160-09 & S160-06 coil on each side.

Our best replacement option for this assembly would be the 15-199 shoe and S160 coils we mentioned above. We also offer the 15-150S single and 15-150D double supports for these coils.
