Coil Balance Pivot Shoes

Quick Learner from Ogdensburg NY
What replacement Pivot Shoe Part Number do we require?
Aluminum portion of Pivot Shoe is cracking/breaking preventing the Pivot Shoe from travelling up & down. Each window pane is 22lbs and 29 inches wide by 35 inches tall. Dual Coil springs mostly look OK, they are 1/2" wide and the two coils attach to the Pivot Shoe with a screw (screw thru a hole in the coil ends and secured into the Pivot. The Pivot Shoe is 1-1/4" wide and 5/8" deep.
No Part Number or markings on the Vinyl Windows or the balance Coils.

Hello there. This exact pivot shoe was recently discontinued and is no longer available, however we believe our 15-177 may work as a substitute. This shoe has similar dimensions to your old one, and is compatible with the same type of coil springs: our Series 152. If the sash weighs exactly 22 pounds, you'll want an S152-6 6 pound coil and S152-5 5 pound coil on each side of the sash. This will equal 11 pounds of support on either side of the window, for a total of 22 pounds of support overall. If you need new housing for these coil springs, see our 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145. These sandwich around each individual coil spring to form a housing assembly. Let me know if you have further questions, and if you give this a shot, let me know how you make out.
