Coil Balance Replacement
Thanks for reaching out! Your exact coil shoe is no longer available but our 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe has been confirmed to be a direct replacement. Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to confirm.
To replace the coils, you'll need the 1/2" thick Series 152 Coil Balance, which is attached to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. Since your sash weighs 28.8lbs, I would suggest using four of the S152-7 Coil Balances; two for each assembly. You can use the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and the 15-145 Coil Support Barrel for the coil cover.
The end of your pivot bar looks similar to the 26-226 Pivot Bar. To confirm that this is the right replacement, you'll need to do your best to confirm the dimensions. Especially for the placement of the installation holes.
