There is a #7 embossed on the coil.

Thanks for posting. Based on the design I believe this might be an S152-7 7 pound Coil Balance. I can't be entirely certain though without seeing the pivot shoe that this coil balance connects to. The identity of the pivot shoe determines the identity of the coil spring. If you can show me the pivot shoe, I can verify to be safe.

Thanks, that's perfect. That's a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which absolutely works with the Series 152. Therefore you need an S152-7 7 pound spring. Let me know if you have further questions.
