Coil Balance Spring

Question

Hello, I'm trying to find out where I can get replacement parts for this balance spring. I tried to remove the part but it broke into pieces when trying to remove. Also, is there anything in the picture with the model info that identifies who the manufacturer of this window is, I tried to search but was not able to find who makes it? Thanks !

We carry a bunch of different coil balance covers, but that also presents a problem: there are enough options that I can't narrow it down without more information. Coil balance covers and retainers sort of all look the same, more-or-less. This curved style is especially popular.

If possible, I'd like to know the thickness of the springs. I'd also like a photo of the pivot shoe, which will require that you remove the sash from the window.

If I have those two pieces of information, I'm positive that I can recommend the best replacement for this cover.
