Coil Springs for a Sears window

I need some replacement coils for the sash balancer. It has two coils, both with 7K etched in them.

Your photo resembles the 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. See the S152-7 based on your stamp code. Take a look and thanks for posting!
