Coil assembly replacement

My measurements are 3/8" regress and 1 1/4 wide.

I believe I know what parts I need but I wanted a professional suggestion.

Hello, Troy. Please see our 15-199 pivot shoe, 15-205 coil spring housing, and Series 165 3/8" egress coil springs.

Thanks for your response Paul. Can you give me an idea of what LB of series 165 3/8" coil springs?

I really have no idea the LB I need.

There should be a stamp printed on your existing springs that lets you know what you need. If not, let me know how heavy your sash is and we can make a recommendation.
