Need help in identifying and ordering new coil springs. Image #2564 says #4, 5-33". Image#2563 says USA PAT 5232208. Image #2562 says OMEGA #4, 5-33". Images #2560 is the shoe. Image #2558 shows where two springs are housed.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe looks like a match for the 15-111. This is designed to use the Series 160 coil springs. Can you weigh the window sash and tell us the precise weight? We can calculate the spring weights from there.

Two coil springs are connected to each shoe. I believe that I should replace the coil springs on both sides of the sash so they're matched. Correct?

Yes, we recommend replacing the coil balances on both sides of the window. With a 17.5-pound sash, you can use two S160-04 4.5-pound springs on each side of the window. This will total 18 pounds of overall support.
