Coil balance

Quick Learner
Good afternoon!
I need to replace the coil balance on a window. There is one on each side. I took a picture of the coil so you could help me find the correct part. Once I have identified the correct part, I will want to order 3 sets of them.
Thank you!

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact pivot shoe, but you may want to consider the 15-199, depending on the specifications of your old one. This 17/32" x 1-1/4" pivot shoe is designed to use the 1/2" S160 and 3/8" S165 coil springs. Note that your old springs can't work with our pivot shoe.

Can you confirm the width of the old spring band? We'd also like you to get back to us with the precise sash weight, which will allow us to determine the correct coil weights.

The coil is 1/2 inch wide. I think there is a number four on the metal. Does that make sense for the sash weight?

Check out the 1/2" S160-04 coil spring, which weighs 4.5 pounds. If you use one spring on each side of the window, the total support weight will be 9 pounds. We recommend weighing the window sash on a scale before purchasing to ensure that these springs can adequately support the window.

For a new coil support, see the 15-150S

Is there any way to get the whole assembly as one piece? It would have the tops and bottom stops as well as the coil spring already hooked to it.

I'm afraid not, as these parts aren't sold as a complete assembly. We can only supply them individually.
