Coil balance identification

Question

The attached photos(Coil Balance Sash II and I) are the parts I need. I ordered part #S152-7 7lb Series 152 Coil Balance instead but it is incorrect. I also need to know if you are able to identify the tilt latch PAT.#5,139,291(7B).

We appreciate the detailed information you provided to us. The patent number you mentioned points to our 26-243 and 26-244 top tilt latches. I am afraid we do not carry this type of coil spring. However,the pivot shoe looks similar to our 15-177. Do you believe your measurements match up with ours? These pivot shoes use a Series 152 coil spring that is screwed to the pivot shoe.
