Coil balance parts

Question

I am looking for replacement coil balance hardware.  The windows are builder grade, with no marking that I can find.  the window dimension is 58" tall X 35" wide.  The lower sash is 30" tall X 35" wide.  The coil support is 4.5" long, and 1.25" wide.  The brake piece is 1.5" tall X 1.25" wide.  The coil support plastic has basically disintegrated, but there are three coiled springs, 2 are marked #4 35#, and the other one is marked #3 35#.  The windows are double hung vinyl.

Thanks for posting. Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-199. This is compatible with our Series 160 Coil Springs. For your coil springs stamped 4, see our S160-4 springs that support 4.5 lbs of weight apiece. For the spring stamped 3, see our S160-3 spring, which supports 3.5 lbs of weight apiece.
