Thanks for writing in. See our 15-192 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is compatible with our Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Springs. The Series 171 is used for the second spring on either side of the sash, since it has a longer "tongue" to reach around the Series 170 coil spring and attach to the pivot shoe. If one of your coils is stamped 406, then you need either the S170-406 or S171-406, depending on which coil has the stamp. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for all this. Got most of the parts to work although some were not the same and we managed to work with the old and get it back together mostly. Now I realize I am missing the pivot bars and need these as well (photos attached). Please advise for this!
