Coil balances

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-177 pivot shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. For a sash that weighs exactly 22 pounds, use the S152-5 5 pound spring and S152-6 6 pound spring, a pair for each side of the sash. This will give you 11 pounds of support on either side, for a total of 22 pounds of support overall. If your old coil housing is undamaged, you can reuse it; otherwise see the newer style 15-143, 15-144 and 15-145. These components sandwich around each coil. Let me know if you have further questions.
