No markings on window, but a number 6 or 9 on the spring. The lower window weighs 11.4 pounds . The window is a double hung tilt sash window with both sections tilting in.

If you could show us the pivot shoe that these coils anchor to, as well as confirm the width of your coil springs, we'd be happy to confirm your best replacement option. Thank you!

It's tough to be sure with it still installed but your pivot shoe resembles the 15-177, which uses the 1/2" wide S152 coil springs. For the sash weight you provided, I would recommend using one S152-6 on each side of the window. Thanks for posting.
