Thanks for reaching out! Your coil balance shoe reminds me of the 15-199 Pivot Shoe. To determine if this is the correct replacement, you'll need to carefully look over the specifications and compare them.

The compatible pivot bar is the 26-378.

This shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" wide Series 160 or 3/8" wide Series 165 Coil Balance. To determine which of these is the correct match, you'll need to confirm the width of your existing coils. To select the correct spring strength, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coils.
