Comfort World Window broken coil spring

Question

Good Afternoon.

I got called in to fix a Comfort World vinyl window. The steel spring on one side was broken and mangled. The serial number on the window is longer legible. Looks like S152 coil. But I don't see a stamp on the coil. What more info do you need? Weight of window? Height of window?

The sash weighs 13 pounds.

Found the stamp on the broken coil. It says 6K.

Spring confirmed to 1/2" wide.

Thanks for posting. I agree, the Series 152 looks like a good match. Your shoe looks like our 15-177, which is made to work with exactly that spring. Based on your stamp, I recommend the S152-6.
