Constant force balance

We have plygem premium 2000 windows circa 2020. One of the balances snapped and looking for replacement. Want to be sure I get the right one.

Thanks for posting! We may have the replacements needed to repair the existing assembly. Although, I'll need to see a photo of its compatible shoe to confirm the correct replacement. I'll also need to know the width of the coil spring.

The spring appears to be 7/16" wide. I have attached the best pictures I could get of what I think is the shoe

Thanks for the requested photos. You'll need the Series 160 Coil Balance to replace the one you have. The one in the second photo is marked with a 10, so you'll need the S160-10 Coil Balance. the compatible cover is the 15-150S Coil Single Support.

We do not have this exact shoe but the 15-199 Pivot Shoe should work to replace it. The compatible pivot bar is the 26-378.

Be sure to confirm the width and thickness of your existing shoe. There are video tutorials below with instructions on removing/installing them.
