Constant force balancer

Question

Hi. Looking for parts to replace entire coil balancer system. I have included several pics. Pic #1000014969 shows the coil housing/keeper but I believe there were 2 of them (I see 2x keepers on the other sash).
We have had the original window company service theses 2x since they were installed in 2009. I wasn't there for the last service, but my wife stated that the tech "tightened them." It looks like he may have removed a coil, then positioned it higher in the frame as evidenced by the 3 screw holes rather than 2. Ultimately, that repair failed soon after and we have just propped the window up with a paint roller cover.

This coil balance shoe is a match for the 15-177 Coil Balance. I'm confident this is what you'll need but be sure to review and compare the dimensions.

The compatible coils are the Series 152 Coil Balances, secured to the shoe using the 33-072 shoe. Yours appears to be stamped with the 6, so I believe you'll need the S152-6. However, it may be a good idea to double check the sash weight given the "repairs" previously made. He may have either removed a coil or you may need more that just the 6lb coil.

The pivot bar can likely be replaced with the 26-226 but you'll need to find an undamaged pivot bar to compare the dimensions.
