Constant force spring replacement

Hello,
Have recevied a replacement constant force spring from another supplier and for some reason- it will not fit onto the round white plastic wheel. It is the same #lb weight and type of spring.
Any ideas?

This exact balance shoe is longer made but our 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe will work for your repairs. While I am confident it will work for your repairs, be sure to double check and compare the dimensions.

The compatible coil spring is the 1/2" wide Series 152. Since yours appears to be marked with a 7, you'll need the S152-7. They are attached to the shoe using the 33-072 screw.

The 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel can be used to replace the cover.
