Casement Pozzi window operators

My second and more difficult request is for two (left and right) replacement mechanisms ?the whole thing?for these Pozzi hardware sets, patent number 4083264.
I am looking for a company which will accurately specify a replacement. Measurements on this are 5/16 for the post, 4 7/16 for the top bar end to end (the one which is visible for its entire length), and 5 7/8 for the arm which connects to the underside of the casement, also measured end to end.
