Question

I saw your response to the individual about the hook clip on the end of the S795-27C series channel balance. It comes with the top screw clip and the 15-195 T-Lock balance. You told the individual to buy the 15-198 clip. I have two questions. Why cant I just order it with the correct clip (15-198) and how am I supposed to get the top screw clip off but by cutting the string and how am I going to get the tension on the spring fter I tie the new hook clip onto the string?

Thank you for reaching out to us. If your S795 balance uses a hook to install, we don't recommend replacing just the hook by yourself. The Series 795 with the 15-198 hook isn't a stock configuration of ours which is why we have to custom-make it here in our shop. I hope this helps.
