To start, I noticed the balance in your photo is stamped with a 25B, are you certain you don't need the S795-25? If you are in need of the S795-33, I'll need to know the stamp from the metal channel of that balance. If you are uncertain of the stamp, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash those balances will be supporting.

I'll also need to see a photo of the shoe attached to the bottom of the balance. It is important to confirm the width of the T-Shaped bottom and to confirm the type of metal cam the shoe has.

The final piece of information I'll need is the number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
