Crank Window Operator

A home owner from Minnesota says:
Hi Swisco, I have a right side crank operator arm that is jumping loose and skipping out that only opens the window a couple of inches. There is no branding or numbers marked anywhere that I can see.

I did include a photo of the left side operator that is properly functioning. It is a brown Pine Craft Millwork product that could possibly help identifying the replacement for the right side operator.

Much appreciated and I look forward to hearing from you.

Cheers, Houston

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Hi, Houston.

I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this old and discontinued operator but our 39-013 and 39-014 are our best options. It may be necessary to alter the sill and sill trim and even then, I can't guarantee it will work. Look over the dimensions for these parts and see if you could adapt them for your application.
