Crank glide 13/16"

I missing the glide that connects the arm to the window. Not sure if that makes sense. I have included a photo of the glide from another window. The glide should fit on the arm that isn't latching to the actual window. When I crank the window the arm doesn't remain attached to the window because the glide is missing, so it has to be manually closed. The arm still works when cranking it open, but can't grab the window enough to pull back.

If the track slide is a square-shape like our 39-529, then this is what you need. If it's more rectangular though, it's probably the type used on the ends of our 39-438B and 39-439B operators, and I am afraid this is not sold separately.

Thank you so much for your response. I do think it is the square shape, but not positive.

Let me know how to place an order. I would like 5 of the 39-529. (we are constantly having to fix this problem) I would then like to order one of each of the other cranks just in case it isn't the square piece. Can I return the parts that I don't need?
