Crank operator assistance

Question

Attached is the picture of the operator I am looking to replace ..I also would like a crank for it. I have just received other operators that you have recommended they fit perfectly.

I'm afraid your operator is discontinued, and there is no known working substitute available on the market. However, I note that your operator has a metal sill-mount plate. I wonder if you could possibly use our 39-315 and 39-316. There is no guarantee that these will work, and it may require adaptation of the sill, but it could be worth considering. See what you think.
