We should be able to help. Let's start with the lock, first. See our 38-097 and 38-098. These are modern versions of your older style, though they should still work. However, you will also need a new keeper to work with them. See our 38-079.

I'm afraid I cannot determine what your operator is. If possible, please open your window as wide as it can go and show me a top-down photo of the whole mechanism. I need to see the arms that physically push and pull the window open and close. Once I do, I can recommend a good match.

Perfect! This photo is just what we needed to see to identify your operator. Take a look at our 39-013 and 39-014. I think you'll find these match pretty well, but I would still recommend going over our photos and dimensions just to be sure they match up.

You should be able to reuse your old handle, but just in case you wanted a new one, see our 39-114L. We also have one that folds in our 39-205.
