Custom Balance

Your window uses the Series 795 channel balance, but with the 15-198 hook attached at the top for installation. This configuration will require a custom order to assemble for you. 

To further review, do you have an undamaged T-lock shoe that still has the metal cam in it that engages with the sash pivot bar? We need to know if it is a closed backing or open (see through) style.

Please also confirm that the T-lock shoe measures 1-1/4" wide.
