A home owner from Dallas, TX says:
Can I have the 15-198 balance clip attachment placed on the S795-32D channel balance? Thanks in advance for your help.

Sure, we'd be happy to do this for you. I just need a little more information to get this started for you.

  • To confirm, you have a 32" Series 795 with a stamp code of 32D. Correct?
  • What T-Lock Shoe is attached to this balance? Is it our 15-195, 15-195B, or 15-194? If you're uncertain, send us pictures.
  • In some cases, one can avoid needing custom balances with the hook attached if the hole in that window track is a certain shape. Can you show us the hole in the window track? If it's square-shaped, you can use our 26-200 Screw Plug along with our standard balances.
  • How many balances do you need?

From there, we'll get this going for you. Many thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me. Good news! That square hole means you can use our normal S795-32. Just insert our 26-200 Screw Plug into that hole, then screw the balance in at the top. You will also need our 15-194 T-Lock Shoe, sold separately. It's very easy to swap this shoe out with the one that comes installed by default with the Series 795 (our 15-195). See the video below for details.
