Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help with this. We need to confirm the availability for these balances but in the meantime, can you confirm the length of the metal channel? It should be 38" based on your stamp. Custom orders are nonrefundable so we'd like to be certain.
It looks like there's going to be a 5-6 week lead time for these balances. I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link for (20) S795-38 balances with the 15-198 hook attached. The 15-195 shoe is the default shoe that comes with this balance. Please note that the metal channel length is 38" so you'll want to ensure yours is as well before placing your order.
